Now for the flaw: The raw meat often gets stuck in the crevices, forcing me to either 1) dig it out with my fingers or a utensil while cooking, or 2) leave it there and lose some of the meat in the process. I can twist and turn the blades with ease as I chop the meat while it cooks on the stovetop. The nylon material used on this tool prevents it from scratching the pan, and the handle has a comfortable grip. I think it takes a lot less effort and dexterity than using a wooden spoon. It's my favorite way to chop meat for tacos. It is a wonderful tool for chopping ground beef really finely while cooking.
